Position: Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative
Location: Southam
Pay rate: £11.64 per hour
Contract type: Temp to Perm
Working Patterns:
- Position: Tuesday - Friday - 6am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
Load and unload delivery vehicles and containers
Provide exceptional customer service
Review and verify orders before delivery
Use handheld devices to confirm deliveries
Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery van
Conduct risk assessments and daily safety checks on the van
Adhere to traffic and transportation regulations
Comply with company policies and procedures
Pick orders and prepare them for delivery
Assist with general warehouse maintenanceEssential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Full driving licence
Good geographical knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in manual handling
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet targets and work well in a team
Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Flexibility to work different shifts as required
