As their new Demand & Supply Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting a robust supply chain and helping drive continued growth.

What you'll be doing:
* Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts based on sales data and market insight
* Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to anticipate needs based on promotions and launches
* Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning cycle with reporting and performance insights
* Placing and managing purchase orders with suppliers
* Monitoring lead times, stock cover, and supplier performance
* Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve issues
* Reviewing invoices and working with Finance to process payments accurately
* Reporting on procurement costs, stock levels, and supply chain KPIs
* Identifying and driving process improvements within forecasting and procurement

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination
* Experience working in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment is a plus
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
* Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised with a collaborative approach
