We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Sales Leader who will take charge of developing and executing our sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team and driving revenue growth.
In this high profile and varied role, you will:
* Work closely with a highly commercial and sales focussed senior leadership team to drive sales performance, make decisions quickly and have a genuine impact within the business.
* Join an organisation with a highly successful sales strategy that has made them market leader. You will add value through fine tuning sales performance, colleague development, proactively responding to market changes and embracing technology to drive market share.
* Operate as a key member of the Citation ISO Certification Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with peers across the business to ensure we are working as effectively as possible to achieve our overall business objectives.
* Lead, mentor and drive your team to achieve outstanding results.
* Understand the end-to-end sales cycle and frustrations and objections your team might come up against.
* Have an eye for figures. You will be able to analyse KPIs and know exactly what they mean, identify improvements and how they will impact performance.
* Have the mentality that “nearly at target” just isn’t good enough.
* Bring new and effective sales development tools and techniques alongside your passion for technology to take a lead role in messaging out sector and industry trends, bringing them to life across our teams.
About You
For this role you will have/be:
* A strong, motivated and hands on leader who can drive performance and remain close to the detail of all key sales metrics.
* Able to quickly assess and understand the sales process that is in place, identifying areas of strength and any potential opportunities to enhance sales performance.
* A strong communicator who can engage, influence and inspire colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
* Proven experience in leading a high performing B2B sales team, ideally with exposure to selling into the SME market in a consultative environment.
