Are you passionate about transforming a house into a home for children in need? Our client is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and driven Registered Manager to lead one of their children's homes.
As a Registered Manager, you'll lead and inspire your team, ensuring the children in your care receive the best possible support, nurturing role models, and a true sense of home.
The home is based in Stapleford, a small, charming town in Nottinghamshire, offering a blend of community spirit and easy access to nearby Nottingham.

What you'll need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in children's residential care.
2. At least 2 years of management experience.
3. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
5. A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
