Description About the Opportunity As an Experience Design Senior Associate, you will leverage your understanding of experience design for our internal products. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts and be directly responsible for decisions that form our client and advisor experiences. This is a hands-on designer role, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes researchers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering customer-focused and innovative products and services of all kinds, including data-driven solutions for internal platforms and users. Have the knowledge and deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space Work closely with other disciplines to understand design context Research and look for opportunities to solve problems in unusual and innovative ways Deliver solutions (research findings, design concepts, content) and participate in critique process to improve design acceptance Develop critical thinking through iteration and design review Understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and be able to communicate your ideas to our engineers Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Online portfolio demonstrating superior product design experiences ( required for application- please include any passwords if password protected ) 3-5 years of digital product design experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in design Experience working within design systems & enterprise/consumer/complicated user journey experiences Experience with Figma, utilization of design systems and related design tools Experience leading Usability Testing, brainstorming and research sessions Experience communicating with stakeholders as well as Development & Product teams Able to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs; with an understanding of the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers You actively listen, hear and understand what is said and not said, with nuanced comprehension of meaning and intent You think in terms of systems and make rational design decisions You are constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better Organization Description J.P.
