Catapult Marketing is a full-scale marketing agency based in Paisley, and we’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic environment where you'll work alongside our specialists in SEO, PPC, and content to drive digital success for us and our clients. Our team is a tight-knit group of passionate professionals, and we’re excited to find a Digital Marketer who shares our dedication to strategic marketing and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Paid Advertising Management: Handle SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility, and manage paid campaigns, particularly on Google Ads, to optimise traffic and conversion rates.
2. Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft compelling content for websites, ads, emails, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.
3. Design & Graphics: Create visually appealing promotional materials as needed.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign data to assess performance, refine strategies, and maximise ROI.
5. Project Management: Juggle multiple projects across SEO, PPC, and content, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including directors and other departments, to align digital efforts with broader marketing goals.
7. Trend Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools to keep our strategies innovative.
Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO, PPC, and content. Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting content for diverse audiences.
2. Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Google Ads (1 year) and WordPress.
3. B2B Marketing: Background in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
4. Conversion Optimisation: Skilled in conversion rate optimisation and performance funnels.
5. Design Software: Competency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
6. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
7. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Daily Role Focus
You’ll be embedded in SEO, PPC, and content tasks daily, supporting our team’s needs and driving our clients' campaigns. Your days will see you exploring Google Ads accounts, enhancing keyword strategies, and contributing to the growth of both our clients’ and our own digital presence.
