Shift Patterns / Hours:
• Days: Monday to Thursday – 7AM-4PM, Friday – 7AM-1PM
• Shifts: Monday to Thursday – 6AM-3PM or 2PM-11PM, Friday – 6AM-11AM or 2PM-7PM
Your Role:
As an Electrical Technician, you will be at the heart of bringing modern rail vehicles to life. You will:
• Bring designs to reality by accurately assembling electrical components with precision and skill.
• Ensure safety by installing safety-critical parts and rigorously testing quality to meet the highest industry standards.
• Problem-solve by identifying and reporting any faults during production, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
• Be hands-on in maintaining your equipment and keeping workspaces clean and well-organized.
• Drive excellence by following all safety and quality procedures and completing all relevant records—both manually and digitally.
About You:

• Electrical fitting expertise – You have the hands-on know-how and technical understanding to thrive in an electrical assembly role.

• Safety-first mindset – You know the importance of working to strict safety standards, especially in a safety-critical environment.
Essential Skills:
• Strong manual dexterity with electrical fitting experience.
• Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions.
• Competent in using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
• Commitment to safe working practices at all times.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in related field.
