Store and Customer Service Representative
The Store & Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience in store. They will be trained to be an expert in our products so they can offer genuine, informed and impartial advice to our customers in store. They will have opportunities to learn about all aspects of the store from stock management to our online platform.
About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Maintaining immaculate visual standards
* Going above and beyond for customers to improve customer experience with Skinnydip to encourage repeat visitors
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Processing deliveries and managing stock rotation
* Keeping up-to-date with Skinnydip products and services
* Processing payments on the till
* Dealing with customer refunds and exchanges
* Keeping up to date with new product areas and promotions
* Replenishing the stands
* Keeping the store tidy & clean
Online Customer Service
* Communicating with customers across different platforms including email and live chat
* Assisting with sales, refunds, and logistic issues
As a Store and Customer Service Representative, you are expected to be:

* Available to work flexible shifts when necessary
* Experience using Shopify in the past
Pay range and compensation package
This position is a 30-hour role based in our Camden store location.
