Salary and Package for a Commercial Operations Coordinator : Salary: competitve salary based on experience Location: Bristol Airport Contract: Permanent, full-time Hours: Full time working 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off pattern with rostered on call Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Operations Coordinator : Responsible for all flight related commercial components Feasibility, sale and management of all trip requests, received at high-volume Prepare and communicate appropriate charter flight documents Maintenance of airport data and administrative support for the quote management system Working closely and confidently with our clients, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality Liaising with the flight operations team, third party providers, finance, crew and management to ensure all necessary operational aspects are in place, prior to the commencement of a flight, ensuring client requirements are met whilst remaining compliant with the applicable regulations, including: Secure slots, handling and parking or hangarage as required Ensure crew duty is within mandatory limits Ensure initial and continuing approval of handling agents Arranging client catering and ground transport Arranging crew transport and hotels Obtain passenger details required for travel Organising de-ice/anti-ice as required Circulate flight briefs to clients Flight watch Identify costs which require to be re-billed post flight Working with the Engineering department for scheduling of aircraft maintenance Skills and Experience of a Commercial Operations Coordinator : Strong team player but also able to work independently Accuracy and attention to detail are critical Excellent communication (written and verbal) with a friendly telephone manner Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a good awareness of surroundings Creativity and ability to think outside of the box is key High degree of competency in MS Word and Excel, along with experience of Outlook Previous aviation knowledge would be an advantage but not essential Full driving licence The right to live and work in the UK Be able to satisfy the requirements of a criminal record check Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to progress within an exciting working environment Company pension scheme 20 days annual leave If you believe you'd be a good fit for this role, and would like a new opportunity in Bristol, please apply now Red Recruitment (Agency)
