DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
FULL TIME, 36.25 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm)
The post-holder will be responsible for providing and embedding Human Resource leadership and development across the College and will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level.
In particular:
* Develop and implement HR strategies which support the delivery of the College’s strategic priorities.
* To provide a comprehensive advice and support service.
* To develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures, in line with current and future legislation
* To ensure an effective recruitment, selection and induction process of staff
* To ensure that the College is legally compliant in all its HR processes including the safer recruitment of staff
* To ensure that the College’s safeguarding obligations are met in relation to its employment practices
* To lead on staff wellbeing and training initiatives to develop the College as an excellent place to work.
