Responsibilities in your new role as a Purchase Ledger Specialist Your role will keep things running smoothly as you process and reconcile supplier invoices, resolve any queries, and investigate purchase and sales ledger discrepancies. You'll ensure all invoices are accurate and up to date, while setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining current ones in the purchase ledger.
Your personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for someone with Purchase Ledger experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, strong Excel and SAGE skills, and who has a record of processing high volume invoices. You'll need to be confident with numbers, communicate effectively both in writing and speaking, and thrive on building solid relationships while keeping up with the speed of the job.
