As our new AWS Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing Crayon's AWS strategy in the UK. Working closely with internal teams at Crayon, you will leverage their expertise to optimize our AWS strategy, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. As the subject matter expert for AWS in the UK, you will collaborate with Alliances, Marketing, and generalist Sales to accelerate the growth of our AWS services businesses.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and proactively expanding both new and existing engagements that align with the customer's business strategy
* Owning technical discussions with customers by tailoring messages, showcasing our unique value, and guiding decision-making for sales opportunities
* Articulating and positioning various AWS funding programs and initiatives
* Leading presentations and demonstrations to showcase Crayon's capabilities and demonstrate how we enable greater business success for our largest customers
* Influencing AWS go to market strategies by providing feedback across our sales, marketing, and engineering teams, on current and future service requirements and sales blockers
Your Competencies:
* Demonstrated understanding and ability to articulate AWS products and services, and related to customer`s needs with customized solutions
* Solid experience on end-to-end sales cycle, building relationships internally to closing deals, selling business solutions to ISVs, SMBs, or enterprise customers
* Experience with opportunity and pipeline management, negotiation skills for large and complex deals, and a creative mindset to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
* Experienced in engaging senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overalll business pain, strategic opportunities, and decision criteria
