PageGroup is delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing business based in North Birmingham with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy team on a 12-month interim contract.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on-site and 2 days at home per week.
Description
Reporting to a HR Manager, the HR Advisor will provide generalist support throughout the full people life cycle and assist the HR Manager with various HR projects and initiatives.

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
2. Advise on HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
3. Manage recruitment, selection, and induction processes.
4. Support the HR Manager with various HR projects and initiatives such as EDI, well-being, and engagement.
5. Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
6. Coordinate training and development activities.
7. Prepare HR KPIs and reports.
Profile
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role.
Job Offer
1. Salary: Up to £46,000
