My client is a multi-site organization producing industry recognized products for all of the leading retailers. This position will form part of the senior management team and will manage the technical, quality, and hygiene teams. The responsibilities include:
1. Managing the quality management systems.
2. Ensuring standards and compliance are met.
3. Adhering to HACCP standards.
4. Working with the NPD team on new launches.
5. Delivering regulatory compliance.
6. Creating a positive work environment for the technical team.
Candidates should have a food science degree (or equivalent), and experience with major retailers would be advantageous.
