Overview of the role:
You will be responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio of customers across sectors, with a total value exceeding £1M. Your primary objective is to maximise GRR (Gross Retention Rate) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention) through effective relationship management by leveraging auto-renewal contracts and standard annual increases. You will also identify and close upsell opportunities, managing your territory in line with pre-set revenue and performance targets, including revenue retention rates and upsell opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Achieving or exceeding annual targets across Media Analysis, Media Monitoring, Media Database and social media.
2. Compiling and implementing a sales plan for the territory.
3. Creating and maintaining a highly focused culture with an emphasis on proactive contact.
4. Compiling supplementary sales plans and projects as appropriate throughout the year.
5. Driving revenue from existing clients, across Cision portfolio of PR products and services.
6. Managing the effective renewal process for subscriptions, identifying and maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
7. Predicting future downturns in revenue and ensuring plans are in place to address shortfalls.
8. Formulating and implementing account management strategies that provide an appropriate level of focus on clients relative to requirements, budget, and future revenue potential.

1. Proven track record of exceeding targets.

3. Experience of pipeline management within the Salesforce platform.
