As our Lead Developer, amongst the hustle and bustle of our exciting tech-team, you'll find yourself involved the following: Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet the needs of the business. Taking a lead role in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging. Crafting technical solutions across a vast array of languages and technologies. Taking full ownership of the functionality you develop, ensuring it delivers on business needs, engages users, is easily maintainable and robust. Working collaboratively with the development team to improve our development tools, processes, technology stack, application performance and stability. Providing mentorship to developers, nurturing their professional development, and promoting the adoption of industry best practices. Leading in troubleshooting production issues to resolution ensuring measures are put in place to prevent reoccurrence. Providing out of hours support as required to align with the organisation's SLAs. What are we looking for? Beneficial experience with C#, AWS Lambda, React Native, SQL, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook. Proven experience managing a team of engineers and providing technical leadership. Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes. Experience with Test Driven Development and automation approaches. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
