Position: Technical Support Technician (1st Line)
Location: Ashburton
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
The Role:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Technician to join a dynamic and skilled support team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional 1st line support to our customers across a range of vendor solutions.
* Confidently manage support calls, escalating when necessary.
* Collaborate with a team that’s dedicated to delivering world-class technical assistance.

Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of support experience is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS cloud technologies and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Active Directory is highly desirable.
Desirable:
* Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools like SCC, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, or QUEST tools is a significant advantage.
