NIGHT MANAGER NOTTINGHAM CITY ACCOMMODATION (Out of Hours), NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HPW, FRWK13-AD1- £34,540 - £38,441, FTE Framework is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and skilled person to take on the role of Night Manager. The Night Manager will help us to coordinate our night staff teams across Nottingham City Adult Accommodation services as well as helping us to provide effective out of hours support for our Nottingham City dispersed services. You will be required to lead, develop, and inspire our night staff teams to provide a service which meets the needs of vulnerable people, whilst working and complying with FHA aims and objectives and complying with contractual obligations. As a Night Manager, you will be required to: Demonstrate you have experience of managing others. Experience of working with people from vulnerable groups. Experience establishing and maintaining positive relationships within the community. A flexible, positive attitude ready to take on an environment where no two days are the same. Knowledge and experience of safeguarding and risk management is desirable. Manage a staff team, including supervision and appraisals Have knowledge of working with people experiencing multiple, complex needs, and a solid understanding of homelessness and the impact this has on wellbeing You will be required to support night staff teams, over various locations, helping them to improve standards and the quality of support that we provide. As a Night Manager you will need lots of energy, strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and positive, solution-focused attitude to achieve targets in a challenging environment.
