We are urgently seeking Care Assistants, Carers and Support Workers in Hythe. Additional day and night shifts in and around the Hythe area will be available, to suit your availability and preferred working hours. As a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area. Key Details:
* Shifts: 8-12 hours at night, caring for one paediatric client per shift.
* Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options, All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive, week-long, classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.
* PEG feeding
* Oral suctioning
* Tracheostomy care (preferred but not essential)
* Ventilation
