We carry out Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation to New Build Properties for Major Housebuilders, who we are pleased to say, rate our services highly.
We are looking for an Office Based Administrator/Daily Work Scheduler to join our small team at our office in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in office operations, be organised with good written, IT and numeracy skills and have an excellent telephone manner.
As we are a small office, the successful candidate must be a strong Multitasker who is willing to learn.
They will need to become familiar with the basic construction of properties and the requirements that we must adhere to in order to satisfy our clients.
The main tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Programming the work to be carried out on a daily basis by our Loft Installation teams and our Cavity Wall Insulation teams.
2. Constant liaising with Site Managers to ensure that the works are ready to be insulated.
3. Entering the works onto a daily spreadsheet and producing all the paperwork required by the Installation Teams to enable them to carry out their allocated jobs.
4. Keeping a daily diary and forward planning diary relating to works booked by the Sites.
5. At the end of each day checking all paperwork completed by both the installers and the Site Managers, relating to the works carried out that day.
6. Entering the information into the relative spreadsheets and filling required paperwork.
The candidate must have the following skills and experience:
* Willingness to learn quickly and get involved with all aspects of the business.
* Ability to manage different situations with confidence.
* Interest in learning more about the construction industry.
* Confident, enthusiastic with good written and numeracy skills.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Maths and English to GCSE level.
Full training will be given to the suitable candidate.
Hours: 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday, 9.00 – 5.00 Friday
Holidays: 28 days per annum including Bank Holidays and the annual closedown for the Christmas period.
