The role We are looking for an Asset Support Team Manager to lead and manage the Asset Support Team, ensuring excellent customer care, efficient administrative support, and compliance with regulatory requirements for asset management activities. The post holder will manage the team's tasks, reflect on lessons learned to drive continuous improvement, and ensure processes and procedures align with organisational standards. Accountabilities Your accountabilities will include but not limited to: Provide leadership and oversight of the Customer Care Coordinator and Admin and Customer Care Assistant roles. Ensure all team activities support compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate and timely completion of compliance-related admin tasks. Raising, tracking, and closing works orders including invoicing and categorisation of capitalised works. Ensuring all compliance certifications are uploaded on housing system and accurate asset attributes are updated. Support the team in reflecting on lessons learned to improve services through updates to relevant policies, processes, and procedures. Support the processing of Aids and Adaptations including applications to Local Authorities. Prepare and deliver performance reports to the Head of Strategic Asset Management, identifying areas for improvement and successes. Please refer to the attached job profile for more details. Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints Experience in managing compliance-related administrative activities Experience in coordinating and delivering end-to-end processes, such as planned maintenance and cyclical works.
