Senior Nursery Room Leader/ Manager - Babies unit.
We are currently looking for someone to run our baby unit at our stunning, award winning childrens day nursery and preschool in Epsom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the running the 18 place Baby Unit, which Looking for individuals who can promote high quality care in a stimulating, happy and rich learning environment.
Main responsibilities of the Senior babies unit manager:
* To manage and supervise the daily running with the babies unit.
* Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the babies needs.
* To Lead and support the baby unit staff and to ensure that they comply at all times with all policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion and confidentiality.
* To lead the team and organise and carry out planning of safe, creative and appropriate opportunities according to children's needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the EYFS.
* To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers.
* Working creatively with children within the EY framework, in order to provide an enabling learning environment for all children.
* Ensuring all children have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
The ideal candidate will;
* Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
* Have previous experience of working with children under two.
* Be qualified to Level 3+ or equivalent in childcare.
* Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS Early Years Foundation Stages.
* Have experience of either leading a room within a nursery, or performing a management role within a nursery.

The role is full time and salary is negotiable, reflecting experience and qualifications.
