Our Customer Service centre delivers crucial support to all of our customers & carers. We are looking for a dedicated customer service advisor to join our team. Our mission is to provide professional and compassionate support and guidance to customers who are seeking our support. Searching for the right care and support can often be a very confusing and stressful experience, and we hope to make the journey as easy as possible.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service, putting the customers' needs first and providing professional support.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers and potential clients, addressing and processing queries promptly.
* Recording all inquiries accurately and efficiently in relevant systems.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to:
* Have previous experience in a customer service role.
* Be passionate, possess good communication, and organisational skills.
* Be able to engage, listen, and communicate in a variety of ways.
* Be aligned to our values of connecting with people, making a difference, doing the right thing, and embracing change.
