2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the office. The role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a diverse range of technologies, playing a key role in infrastructure operations, IT security, and second- and third-line support. Your work will span our offices across Europe, with some travel required. Responsibilities: - Provide 2nd and 3rd-line support alongside the Service Desk - Maintain and support physical and virtual server environments (Windows & Linux), Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Azure services, Meraki Wi-Fi, SD-WAN infrastructure and Firewalls - Administer VMware ESXi-based systems - Manage laptop imaging and endpoint device deployment - Support MS Teams telephony and video conferencing Required Skills / Experience: Experience of providing 2nd and 3rd level IT support and good knowledge of the following; - Microsoft Active Directory & MS server 2016, 2019, 2022. - VMWare administration - Networking administration, SD-WAN, Meraki - Windows 10/11 - Azure - IT Security 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.
