Job Description
To contribute to the continuous improvement of Health & Social Care Moray through the effective operation of performance management and service development arrangements. To support the strategic development of the Partnership within the context of integrated service delivery.
Responsibilities
To support the operational effectiveness of performance and quality management arrangements leading to improvements in the quality and outcomes for Health & Social Care Moray.
To provide support for the operational effectiveness of development and inspection arrangements for Health & Social Care Moray.
To support the strategic planning of Health and Social Care Moray services in the context of integrated service delivery.
The Individual
Experience of working in a performance and project discipline.
Experience in a multi-agency environment.
To provide information which will inform strategic planning.
Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
Educated to HND Level or above in relevant discipline or demonstrable experience.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Knowledge of issues that are encountered while facing social care and health developments.
Commitment to quality and understanding of performance management issues.
Effective organisational and time management skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Self-confident and self-motivated.
Ability to analyse and interpret quality assurance data.
Appreciation and acceptance of, and commitment to, the importance of confidentiality.
Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to accept direction/delegation.
Ability to form productive working relationships.
Must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs and demands of the service.
Ability to work in an open plan/shared office.
Must be able to work in different offices dependent on the service requirements.

Starting salary: £33, per year
£17.74 per hour
