Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in London who are seeking a HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advice, manage complex employee relations cases, and support strategic change initiatives.
The role is initially for 3-4 months, and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to management teams on all people-related matters.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, policy implementation, and complex case management.
* Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth organisational transitions.
* Analyse HR data and trends, providing key insights to improve workforce strategies.
* Support trade union negotiations, conflict resolution, and policy development.
* Deliver training and workshops to enhance management capability in people leadership.
Essential Skills :
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
* Proven experience in an HR advisory or business partnering role, ideally within the public sector.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and complex HR cases with professionalism.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
