We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Engagement, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring long-term business success.
Key duties will include:
* Create and implement a regional strategic sales plan to grow revenues and increase the customer base within the region
* Identifying potential customers across your region through contact and research
* Meeting with potential customers to identify areas in which we could support them with their digital health projects
* Building relationships within the industry and networking with key contacts
* Engage with our Practice Area managers, senior consultants and client-facing team to identify opportunities within existing and potential clients
* Writing proposals and bid documentation that demonstrate how we can support them
* Closing business within target accounts
* Growing accounts through ongoing account management
* Maintain Vendor and Partner relationships within your region
* Track and manage a sales pipeline for your region necessary to deliver sales growth in line with plan
