The Chelsea Arts Club is a very special place to work. It is owned by our Members and operated on their behalf. The Club is a home from home for our Members, and our aim is to ensure that they receive a warm welcome every time they visit.
The Role : - Part time, 24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Friday, on site at the Club.
Key responsibilities: - Working with the Club's HR Partner, you will be the first point of contact for all employees on any HR related queries.
* On board all new starters, including carrying out inductions
* Complete employee check in’s during the probation period
* Assist with recruitment where required
* Update and maintain records within Fourth and Flow Training
* Ensure that we have all the required documentation for employees and that the information is accurate, up to date and legally compliant
* Assisting finance with compiling the monthly payroll information and produce monthly HR related statistics
* Take minutes of HR related minutes
* Carry out general HR administration tasks

The Successful Candidate: -
* Previous HR experience in a similar role with solid recruitment, employee relations and training experience
* A CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is preferable
* Flawless work ethic and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and emotional maturity
* A high level of computer literacy and able to manage all HR systems; Fourth experience is an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Good organisation and administrative skills, with an eye for detail
