About the role People Manager Administration for RSM clients using RSM’s proprietary People Software, People Manager. The role holder will be trained to use this platform and assist with guidance to clients, linking to RSM’s Pay Manager for payroll processing. A broad range of Pay and People Administration including P11D’s, Pension Administration, and support for HR Consultants with standard documentation like salary review letters using People Manager. Pay Gap Reporting for RSM clients, encompassing gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting in accordance with current legislation, with training provided. This role contributes to realising the combined capabilities of People Advisory Services as a Pay and People provider, aiding in process enhancement and the development of new processes to improve client experience through technology. Main Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of pay gap reports and pay and people administration, including People Manager administration, P11D service, and pension administration. Reviewing current processes for enhancements, collaborating with the Team Leader and the Pay and People team. Enhancing the People Manager experience for users and striving to provide a premium service for RSM clients. Upgrading the Gender Pay Gap reporting experience for clients, enhancing technology wherever possible. Providing operational support to Payroll and HR Consultancy teams. Assisting with HR administration related to People Manager, including data entry and updating electronic files. Assisting with implementations and training for all People Manager clients. Supporting HR Consultants with HR administration for HR and Payroll clients. Drafting and providing gender pay gap calculations to clients using various solutions. Responding to clients efficiently within agreed timescales. Looking for opportunities to improve offerings to HR and Payroll clients. About the ideal candidate The ideal applicant will have strong administration and/or operations experience, ideally in a payroll and/or HR team, with a passion for process review and improvement. Strong numerical abilities and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required. Experience with the P11D process and other cyclical HR and payroll tasks is advantageous.
