You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard. This position involves close collaboration with our global production and creative team, maintaining smooth workflows across multiple time zones and ensuring alignment throughout the post-production process.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the full post-production process for multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet creative and technical standards.
* Coordinate schedules, workflows, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Ensure all project files and final assets are organised and archived systematically.
* Partner with creative, social, and account teams worldwide to align on project goals and deliverables.
* Responsible for pre-production on projects where on-set production is required in the UK.
* Budgeting, schedule planning and booking external resource, where needed.
* Maintain consistent communication across time zones, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
* Act as a client-facing representative during the post-production phase, addressing feedback and ensuring their vision is realised in the final output.
* Provide creative guidance throughout the editing process to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
* Anticipate potential challenges in the post-production process and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Technical Oversight:
* Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for all platforms.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest post-production software, tools, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Proven experience in video post-production, ideally in branded content, social video, or digital media.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and manage client expectations.
* Expertise in post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable.
* A proactive and creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
