We are now looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. The RoleAs a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling queries, and providing top-notch service to both new and existing customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing customer accounts - handling a mix of key and standard accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Processing orders - handling orders from multiple sources, including phone, email, and online portals. Answering customer queries - responding to product inquiries, checking order status, and handling requests for collections. Handling customer complaints - ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Creating quotations - assisting with special product orders and pricing updates. Maintaining customer records - keeping CRM systems updated with notes, pricing, and key details. Providing product advice - offering guidance on specifications and documentation. Generating reports - working alongside IT to provide insights to customers. Coordinating projects - supporting key customer accounts with bespoke service requests. Upselling & cross-selling - identifying opportunities to enhance customer orders.
