Support children in their emotional and social development, promoting positive behavior. Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records. Create a safe, secure environment where children can thrive and feel confident. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred. Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
