We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our client where you will be supporting the Vice President/General Manager! Their vibrant office is just a short 6-minute walk from Richmond train station.
What You'll Do:
As Office Manager/PA, you will be the backbone of their office, supporting the Vice President in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Calendar Coordination: Manage the Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
* Communication Hub: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
* Document Management: Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
* Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities that brings their culture to life!
* Budget Oversight: Help manage office budgets and keep track of expenses.
Who You Are:

* Experience: Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant, ideally in a corporate setting.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
