The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Working with the finance director and leading the accounts team, your duties will include:
* Month end account processes.
* Detailed account reconciliations.
* Preparation and review of budgets.
* Cash flow reconciliations.
* Preparation of management accounts for the board of directors.
* Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers.
* Liaising with clients via email, telephone and in person.
* Setting up new client files on SharePoint, using DocuSign and our project management tool, Workflow Max.
About you
* Good organisational, IT and number skills.
* Pay high attention to detail.
* Hands on experience of Microsoft office software.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential.
* Professional and positive attitude.
* Previous experience within an account’s environment would be beneficial.
Knowledge and expertise
* Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification).
* Two or more years experience in a project management or equivalent administrative role.
Practical skills
* Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to learn how to use and populate Workflow Max, the project management software.
* Decision-making and problem solving.
* Able to work under own initiative and within a team.
* Well-organised and able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
Our offer
* The position is full-time, with flexible working options, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
* We are offering a salary of £30k – £35k pa, reviewed annually and based on experience.

* Membership of the company pension scheme with 5% company contribution
* Hybrid working following probationary period.
The position is subject to a six-month probationary period.
