Job Responsibilities Support the marketing team with creating and implementing marketing campaigns Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral across all channels Create reports to monitor key metrics for our marketing campaigns and website performance Write and edit engaging content for different social media platforms and our website Support the residential sales and lettings teams by developing marketing plans and materials to drive enquiries, sales leads and visits Take ownership of the marketing for your assigned New Homes developments, including phase and site launches, campaigns and reporting, working to the budgets provided and the identified USPs Project manage and execute timely events, launches, and campaigns, handling all stakeholders involved in the delivery of the events Work with our external agencies to deliver the group marketing strategies, improve customer experience and generate leads Support the efforts to improve community engagement, through communication internally to staff and externally to local residents Qualifications for Marketing Executive Previous education or experience in a marketing role (1 years) Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A highly organised, practical approach Excellent time management skills The ability to problem solve A creative flair with a passion for producing engaging content Knowledge of different social media platforms, their function and purpose A team player with a drive to make a positive contribution to the department and the company An interest in learning new skills and adopting new technologies Management of external agencies to ensure objectives are met Employee Benefits Employee wellbeing and discounts platform Annual leave increasing with length of service Holiday trading scheme Generous time off over the Christmas period in addition to annual leave allowance Cycle to Work and Tech salary sacrifice scheme Pension scheme
