Health & Safety Manager – Midlands
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car/Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
Location: West Midlands, with travel to other offices and sites.
The water industry continues to expand, and my client is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to play a key role in ensuring compliance and safety across significant water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all Health & Safety and CDM compliance across multiple projects.
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to uphold high standards.
* Develop and implement safety training programs to promote a culture of safety.
* Maintain and improve Quality, Environmental & Safety (QUENSH) standards.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure safety practices align with business objectives.
What You’ll Need:
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and UK Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience working within the construction or utilities sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & safety-related software.
* Full UK driving license (travel required).
