Description
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
Assist with the preparation of annual financial reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Profile
Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally within is preferable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
May be working towards and Accountancy degree.
