We ensure warehouse, yard, supply chain, logistics and operational activities are performed in accordance with the company's global standard. Partner with the best As a Warehouse & Yard Manager within Supply Chain, you will be leading teams in the UK, Netherlands & Italy to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. You will have full accountability for finance and metrics. You will engage with product line Inventory Managers on stocking requirements versus forecast and have full accountability on storage and preservation of materials, physical inventory and asset verification. You will ensure standardisation of best processes and procedures for warehouse, yard, logistics, supply chain and all associated activities to meet internal and external customers’ requirements. As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you will also be responsible for: Implementing regional strategy for productivity, efficiency, cost savings, training and development across UK, Netherlands and Italy. Providing leadership ensuring that all facilities operate effectively and delivering on targets in a safe and timely manner. Developing and monitoring standard processes and procedures to meet global WH&Y standards for HSE, Quality & Compliance Providing a safe, reliable, and accurate environment to service the offshore operational requirements across 8 services lines including Drilling, Completions and Wireline Collaborating with functions and other internal stakeholders to align with operational needs as they pertain to warehousing and yard responsibilities such as Inventory Managers, Service Delivery Managers & Workshop personnel. Reviewing throughput and efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes to process, layout & machinery. Review HSE observations and incidents, investigate and develop corrective action plans as needed. Optimising workflow, refining 6S and other lean methodologies to meet KPI’s. Ensure that all employees have the correct training requirements to complete their daily tasks. Manage budgets and ensure that spend is controlled. Ensure that Overtime is monitored and controlled. Implement On call Duty rotas. Work with Controllership to ensure that the Annual count program is implemented and adhered too. Contact and liaise with all facilities to ensure that Inventory counts and targets are met for year end. Work with all plants to implement Mobility scanners. Ensure that all SOX, KPMG and Internal audits are dealt with in a timely manner. Look at WH&Y machinery and equipment to implement a strategic path for maintaining all equipment. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate successful front-line leadership with considerable experience managing and supervising personnel Have direct experience in Warehouse management / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory management in Oil & Gas or related Industry Have proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel Be able to influence stakeholders of all levels and motivate people toward change Have a continuous improvement mindset and positive approach Demonstrate problem-solving and advanced analytical skills Have good communication, leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
