Role Details: Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Setting: SEN Schools (All age groups) Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to children with a range of special educational needs. Assist with personal care and physical support when required, ensuring the safety and comfort of the students. Implement individual learning plans and support students’ educational and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
