The Opportunity
This company has rapidly expanded to become one of the most recognised names in education recruitment, with offices across the UK.
They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing Secondary Education team in Leeds .
This is a billing role with leadership potential, offering clear progression, a market-leading commission structure, and full support from an in-house marketing, tech, and operations team .
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a Secondary Education desk, placing teachers and support staff into schools across the region
* Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, ensuring a high-quality service
* Develop new business opportunities, securing long-term client partnerships
* Lead by example, contributing to team success and mentoring junior consultants if required
* Utilise industry-leading tech and marketing support to enhance recruitment efforts
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

* Proven experience in education recruitment, ideally within the secondary sector
* A strong track record of billings and business development
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term client and candidate partnerships
