Salary - £35,000 - £38,000
Harrogate - Fully Site based
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a successful business based in Harrogate, looking for an experienced PA/ Office Manager to join their office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, family-owned company. This role requires someone willing to go that extra mile and support Directors with Office Management, traditional PA duties, and Administration.
Key requirements for the role:
* Provide administrative support to the Directors including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external.
* Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organised workspace.
* Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing them as appropriate.
* Prepare and maintain office budgets and expense reports.
Suitable candidates for the role must show the following;
* Proven experience in an office management role
* Experience of working within a fast paced environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in using IT software
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
