Responsibilities:
1. As a member of our pharmacy staff, you will provide professional and clinical input to deliver clinical pharmacy services, undertaking various duties.
2. You will contribute to continuous improvement in medicines use through input into clinical governance and risk reduction activities.
3. Participate in clinical audit and practice development activities.
4. Make a personal contribution to the clinical pharmacy service within allocated or specific wards at an acute site(s).
5. Ensure compliance with medicines policy within allocated or specific wards at an acute site(s).
6. Assist in providing advice on pharmaceutical matters and medicines management regularly.
7. Contribute to the day-to-day operational running of the pharmacy department.
8. Lead by example, demonstrating compassionate and inclusive leadership to shape a collective leadership culture within the trust.
