About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Decarbonisation Delivery Manager to join our Assets team. The ideal candidate will have experience of: Industry Expertise Experience in energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and retrofit projects, with knowledge of PAS 2035 & PAS 2030. Project Management Proven ability to develop, manage, and deliver retrofit and net-zero programmes, including contractor oversight and funding applications (e.g., SHDF, ECO). Compliance & Risk Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring quality assurance and risk management. Leadership & Engagement Skilled in team management, stakeholder collaboration, and resident engagement. Technical & Analytical Skills Knowledge of building fabric, energy technologies, and data-driven performance monitoring. Key responsibilities will include: Programme Delivery & Strategy Lead the development and execution of energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Team & Stakeholder Management Manage a small team, collaborate with contractors, and engage key stakeholders to drive programme success. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to PAS standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Budget & Funding Oversee project budgets, track expenditure, and secure funding through grants and government schemes. Performance & Health & Safety Monitor KPIs, manage team performance, and uphold health & safety policies. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry best practices and drive innovation in decarbonisation efforts. A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
