We are currently looking for an Information Adviser to join our Data Management team in a non-technical role. What does the role involve? You will join our Data Management team who provide excellent advice, guidance, and customer service. As well as a helpdesk for incoming support requests, a key element of the service is encouraging users to engage with the service, either to ensure their data is accurate and up-to-date or to offer student placements to universities. Working closely with our clients who are universities, placement providers, and training providers, you will contact them either by email or phone to remind them of the requirement for up-to-date information or student placement offers. You will monitor and report on progress against the team’s targets and use this information to understand the clients we need to focus on contacting. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining internal and external processes and you will also review information uploaded by providers and give feedback. What skills and experience can I bring to the role? First and foremost, you will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment. You will enjoy building rapport and engaging with many different people using tact, diplomacy, and a professional and confident approach. You will be used to working to deadlines whilst multi-tasking and always achieving high levels of accuracy and providing a quality service. To complement these skills, you will be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. What can Tribal offer me?
