Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader with a strong track record of executive-level leadership in a complex healthcare or public sector organisation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in driving service transformation and operational excellence, ideally in urgent and emergency care, acute services, or integrated health systems. They will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial stewardship, performance management, and regulatory compliance within the NHS or a similarly complex organisation.
