Joining the team as a Commercial Insurance Team Manager, you will manage and lead a team of Account Executives who focus on brining in new business to the company.

They offer clients a consultative approach, giving them a refreshing alternative and more personal touch compared to online e-trade, call centre SME cover a lot of brokers offer their clients today.
Based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, you will head the new business team consisting of 3 Account Executives who's role will be to hit their KPI's and new business targets and convert leads generated within the business, but also generate their own leads. Knowledge and experience in commercial SME clients is essential. This position requires a degree of leadership experience and experience leading a succesful new business sales team within the commercial insurance sector.
