We are currently seeking a Social and Content Manager to join us on a full-time basis, working 9am – 5:30pm for a 12 month fixed term contract. The Role As our Social and Content Manager, you will produce and manage fantastic and engaging social media content for one high profile client. Ensuring the content aligns with the client’s goals and drives engagement across various platforms, you will work alongside social media managers to execute social strategies. You will lead the development of engaging social media content across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, staying up to date with emerging trends and ensuring your content remains dynamic. Additionally, you will manage content calendars, work with creatives and contributors to produce on-brand content and continuously optimise it based on performance metrics and feedback. Additionally, you will: - Manage social media calendars, copywriting, scheduling and reporting - Independently manage multiple projects - Introduce new ideas to maintain a cutting-edge social presence About You To be considered as our Social and Content Manager, you will need: - Experience in social media and content creation - Marketing experience - Experience with content creation tools - Team management experience - The ability to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars and client accounts - Proficiency in creating social-first content, including short-form videos, graphics and copywriting - A solid understanding of platform-specific best practices - An understanding of the principles of marketing communications, branding and social media’s role in the marketing mix - Excellent writing and editing skills
