HR Data Analyst, Goldthorpe, £40-50k + excellent benefits - Hybrid working
Are you an HR & Data Professional who likes insights, data integrity, data accuracy and improving data processes?
This is a new role with a global company who need someone to take ownership of data integrity issues within the HR, recruitment and people data. You will need to be a good communicator and enjoy working with stakeholders, as you'd need to map out data workflows with key stakeholders, and build processes to ensure data accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities and delivering insights. You will work closely with HR, Data, IT & Finance to ensure people processes are underpinned by reliable data.
If you have proven experience with data integrity, data quality, mapping out data flows and working & engaging stakeholders - this could be a good opportunity for you. You will need a level of pro-activity to further seek more improvements. There is also an element of data analysis and insights.
This role would be someone both technical with Excel, SQL (any Power BI would help but easily learnt) and functional in terms of being able to work with colleagues from different teams.
Most of the team are in the office 3 days per week and 2 remotely, and there is a big L&D budget for you to use. Great benefits including company wide 1.30pm Friday finishes.
