Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Location: UK, Germany, or Switzerland (25% travel across Europe & the US)

The Role:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase value.
* Work closely with sales and product teams to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
* Support the sales cycle with technical expertise, solution design, and proof-of-concept development.
* Represent the company at industry conferences across Europe and engage with key stakeholders.
The Requirements:
* 3+ years in Pre-Sales for a competitor OR (preferably) experience as a Space Planner, Occupancy Manager, Workplace Manager, Lease Administrator/Manager, etc.
* Open to candidates with client-side industry experience, provided they have the right aptitude and can be moulded into the role.
* Fluent English is essential; German is a strong bonus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Diligent, charismatic, and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving.
The Package:
* Base Salary: £90k-£100k
* Travel: ~25% (including US trips and multiple European conferences)
The Process:
* 1st Stage: Initial video interview.
* 2nd Stage: In-depth technical discussion and presentation assessment.
* Final Stage: Meeting with key stakeholders.
