Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries. Manage visitor sign-ins and ensure compliance with security protocols. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and ordering office supplies. Liaise with internal departments to support daily operations. Handle basic facility management requests and liaise with building management when needed. Support HR and other teams with ad hoc administrative tasks.
